💸 Return & Refund Policy

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in its original condition
• Original packaging must be included
• A receipt or order confirmation is required

Exceptions:
• Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
• Sale items or products marked as “final sale”

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days after the returned item has been received and inspected.
