💸 Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you received your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In its original packaging
• With all tags still attached
• Accompanied by a receipt or order confirmation

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Sale items or products marked as “final sale”
• Gift cards

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once the return has been approved, you can place a new order separately.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have the right to cancel or return an order within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason.

The item must still be unused, in its original condition, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or order confirmation is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
